Completed projects

Here we present some of our completed projects. We are a team of professional tradesmen, currently working in North and East London: plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tilers, painters & decorators.

Tiled walls in the common areas. Previously walls were just painted - wasn't very practical, as they got stained due to intense traffic. The solution was to tile the walls. Tilers at AZbuilders supplied tiles, materials, prepared surfaces for tiling and tiled the walls. Overall tiled walls area was approx. 1500 sq ft and the job took two weeks to complete. We organized our work in a way that created least inconvenience for the residents - in the end we had one more happy customer.

Floor tiled in the office premises in North London. Previously floor was covered with carpet tiles. This floor got stained heavily - as the rooms were used for lunch breaks, coffee making machine - thus the floor didn't look well. The solution was to remove the floor carpet tiles and tile the floor. Tilers at AZbuilders removed the carpet tiles, prepared surfaces, tiled floor and got rid of rubbish. Job took three days to complete, meeting high standards of a client - one more happy our customer.

Full scale flat refurbishement in City, London. AZbuilders stripped off wallpapers, complet6ly demolished the old bathroom, disposed of rubbish. Walls were rendered, filled and painted, newly installed plumbing - repositioning plumbing points, rewired electrical installation. Bathroom was tiled, plumbing equipment installed. In  the end we installed doors and parquet flooring. Whole project took just over one month.

Flat renovation in North London. AZbuilders carried out demolition, rubbish removal, constructed stud partitions, suspended ceilings with concealed lighting, part of the old door openings were blocked up with bricks. We also also newly installed water supply and waste pipes, rewired electrical installation, installed under floor heating. In the end walls and ceiling were rendered, filled and painted, two bathrooms, kitchen, hallway were tiled, parquet floor was renovated.

Another renovation project in Southgate: AZbuilders stripped out everything, adjusted electrical wiring, plumbing. We decorated walls and ceiling, assembled and installed kitchen cabinets, worktops, connected appliances, installed flooring. We also did a lot more work in the property.

Full scale flat renovation in Highgate, London. AZbuilders insulated the ceiling, constructed stud partition walls, suspended ceiling. Ceiling was constructed in two levels - to make full use of the original height. The flat was completely rewired, new central heating, new plumbing, walls, ceilings - filled, painted, part of walls wallpapered. Bathroom was tiled. In the end parquet flooring was installed.

Shower room fitting in Muswell Hill, London. AZbuilders carried out these jobs: old tiles were strippped off, old shower cabin removed, plumbing adjusted, shower tray constructed, water proofed, walls and floor tiled, repainted the ceiling.

Few flats renovated in a house in Hampsted, London. AZbuilders refurbished three flats in one property - one flat a time. Whole project took approx. three months: each flat was stripped out completely in the begining. Part of the partition walls removed, constructed new stud partition walls - thus creating new rooms. In one property we swapped bathroom with kitchen, in other - additional toilet room was added, some plumbing points relocated - all new plumbing, new electrical installation...

Bathroom renovation project in Winchmore Hill, London. AZbuilders bathroom fitters strippped out all old equipment, removed tiles. We built a recess - nicely filling the unused space in the end of the bathtub - not only creating room for a wall cabinet and glass shelves, but also making a nice feature. AZbuilders tilers tiled walls and floor, carpenter constructed wall cabinet and in the end all the sanitary equipment was installed, accessories fixed.

Bathroom installation project in Islington, London. AZbuilders stripped out all old equipment, tiles, constructed the stud wall (at the back), hiding all the pipework and creating a recess for picture tiles. We adjusted pipework, electrical wiring, constructed the ceiling feature with spot lights, tiled walls and floor, installed all the equipment and accessories. Designed and completed from A 2 Z by AZbuilders.

Bathroom refitting project in North Finchley, London. AZbuilders carried out these jobs: old tiles removed, walls rendered, floor levelled, plumbing adjusted, walls and floor retiled, suspended ceiling with spot lights constructed, sanitary equipment installde - shower, toilet, bath, taps. Whole project took approx. 2 weeks.

Full scale flat renovation project in North Finchley, London: everything stripped out completely (kitchen cabinets, tiles), walls and ceiling made good, painted. We constructed the stepped feature ceing with lights, assembled and installed kitchen cabinets, worktop, connected appliances, tiled walls and floor. Bathroom was renovated as well - walls and floor tiled, installed sanitary equipment, etc... In the end we installed laminate flooring and doors.
