Bathroom installation in North London, N10

Just after New Year we completed a bathroom installation in North London property, in Muswell Hill, N10 area. The property was very outdated and we converted it into a modern home. The whole project (involving also kitchen renovation and painting decorating throughout) took about 6 weeks: here you may take a look how we progressed.

Below are the pictures of how the bathroom looks now. As you can see, room is very small, but the space is well used (all side wall used for placing the washing machine, and wash basin. Worktops are very good for utilizing space - there is always enough room for some storage as well. Nothing fancy in this bathroom - but it is contemporary, looks spacious and light (because of white tiles and big mirror). I would have used some nice contrasting tile inserts - possibly some mosaic tile strips going vertically all the way up to the ceiling or, perhaps, horizontally. Also, the mirror could be framed in the same mosaic tile strip - that would have been a nice design feature.

We did in this property not only the bathroom installation, but also toilet room update:

This toilet room has a little roof and when we came, we saw all walls and ceiling wet from damp. Ceiling was almost rotten. The cause of this was the constant leak from neighbours upstairs toilet overflow pipe. And it was leaking like that for many years - outside there was moss growing everywhere. It's hard to imagine how you could live with a toilet like this, when it's so easy to solve a problem - all we did was half an hour job: we connected that overflow pipe to the waste pipes. And that toilet upstairs is still leaking - ignorant neighbours did not want to hear anything about fixing it.
