Just a little while ago we completed bathroom refurbishment in London, Chingford N4. The previous fitters (cowboy fitters, as we know them) did quite a bad job, thus the customer wanted to redo it properly. Although this was just a partial refurbishment, it took almost as much work and time as to refurbish it in full - just some tiles were left in place, all the appliances were changed and bathroom retiled.

A week ago we completed a one more London refurbishment project - flat in Holoway area, N7. The flat will be rented out - thus the overall costs had to be as minimum, as possible. Although the customer purchased some equipment and fittings which were quite expensive for rental purposes, in my opinion. Just after New Year we completed a property refurbishment London, Muswell Hill N10. The whole project took about 6 weeks, involving the removal of some partitions, building new walls, stripping all of the old appliances and equipment. This property was very outdated and we think we achieved the best result, converting this property into a modern home. Last week we did some minor refurbishment in Muswell Hill – some minor repairs in the basement of a private house. The customer there had some problems with damp. The back garden was paved long ago - there are some cracks in the pavement, slabs are coming right up to the basement walls, and the worst thing about it is that the pavement is sloping towards the house.
